Finn Williams is a British architect and urban planner, co-founder of Public Practice - a non-profit that embeds architects within public authorities to strengthen planning capacity. He previously worked at Rem Koolhaas' Office of Metropolitan Architecture and now serves as city architect in Malmö. His work focuses on how bureaucratic structures can be turned into tools for creative and critical practice.
