Gavin DeGraw is an American singer-songwriter from New York whose music blends pop, rock, soul and funk. His 2003 debut album Chariot - and its theme-song placement on the TV drama One Tree Hill - launched him to mainstream success, with platinum hits following across albums like Sweeter (2011) and Something Worth Saving (2016). A Grammy nomination came in 2013 for his duet with Colbie Caillat, "We Both Know". In 2024 he released Chariot 20, a reimagined anniversary version of his debut, via Sony Music Nashville.
Gavin DeGraw is touring in the USA as part of O.A.R.'s Three Decades Tour with concerts in Philadelphia, Richmond and Atlanta, among others.
DeGraw released "Chariot 20" on September 27, 2024 via Sony Music Nashville - a reinterpretation of his debut album with two previously unreleased songs from the original recording sessions in 2003.
"Chariot 20" was produced by Grammy-winning producer Dave Cobb, who also produced DeGraw's album "Face The River" from 2022.
DeGraw toured in 2025 in support of "Chariot 20" with stops in Chicago, Detroit and Eau Claire, among others, as well as a holiday tour on the East Coast.
The seventh studio album "Face The River" was released on May 20, 2022 and was written as a tribute to DeGraw's parents, who both died within a two-year period.
