About

Jacob Wendt Jensen (born 1966 in Aalborg) is a Danish journalist, film critic and author who has reviewed films for Berlingske, Jyllands-Posten and several other outlets since the late 1990s. He has covered the Cannes Film Festival since 1999, frequently as a FIPRESCI jury member, and chaired Danske Filmkritikere (the Danish Film Critics Association) from 2011 to 2018. His books range from biographies of Ove Sprogøe, Victor Borge and Lise Nørgaard to works on James Bond and the golden age of Danish cinema.
