Jonas Holst is a Danish philosopher and author with a PhD, working as a lecturer at San Jorge University in Zaragoza, Spain, where he teaches aesthetics and ethics. His writing spans friendship, existential philosophy, literature and sport, and his essay *Venskab - det gode mellem mennesker* (2015) brought his ideas to a wide Danish readership.
Jonas Holst presented the paper 'Sport in lusory and agonistic terms' at the 52nd International Congress for Sports Philosophy (IAPS) at Odense University.
Holst gave a presentation on football and values at the 4th International Congress on Football, Innovation and Psychology at the University of Santiago de Compostela.
Holst participated in the Sport and Global Governance Conference at Pompeu Fabra University in Barcelona with a presentation on sports philosophy.
