KASOLA Trio is a Danish-West African jazz ensemble made up of Katrine Suwalski (saxophone, flute and vocals), Ayi Solomon (percussion and vocals) and Lamine Cissokho (kora and vocals). Their music sits at the intersection of jazz, West African rhythms and Scandinavian folk, drawing on all three traditions in original compositions.
