Masego
GRAMMY-nominated Masego, singer and multi-instrumentalist, performs at K.B. Hallen with both classic hits and new material from his upcoming project.
Masego - born Micah Davis on June 8, 1993 - is a Jamaican-American singer, producer and multi-instrumentalist who coined his own genre label, 'TrapHouseJazz', fusing trap, jazz and R&B. Raised in Virginia, he taught himself saxophone, piano and drums before breaking through internationally with the improvised 2017 collaboration 'Tadow' alongside FKJ. His debut album 'Lady Lady' (2018) and the Grammy-nominated EP 'Studying Abroad: Extended Stay' (2021) established him as one of the most distinctive voices in contemporary R&B.
Masego's 'Fix Your Face Tour' - his first major headliner tour in nearly three years - is underway with over 40 dates in North America and Europe, including Radio City Music Hall in New York and The O2 in London.
Masego announced his new studio album 'Fix Your Face', which the tour is tied to, and which is expected to be released in summer 2026.
Masego released the single 'Unhinged' in October 2025 - his first solo release in approximately two years - accompanied by a cinematic visualizer.
Masego performed his Kennedy Center debut in Washington D.C. on November 3, 2024 as the opening concert of the center's 2024-2025 hip-hop and contemporary season.
Masego completed his most ambitious European tour to date, 'Where We Goin?', with 20 dates in 15 countries, including an evening at London's Alexandra Palace.
