Mohammed Alsaadi is a Danish blind chef, entrepreneur and speaker. In 2016 he co-founded Madsynet.dk, a food blog and company offering cooking workshops and 'dining in the dark' events. He reached a wider audience in 2026 as one of five blind participants in the DR television series 'Eventyr i Blinde', which follows them on a sensory journey through southern Europe. His talks draw on his own experience of living and working without sight.

In the series, the five participants travel through France, Italy and Austria and experience the places through sounds, scents and tastes instead of sight.
