Nicole Boyle Rødtnes is a Danish author of children's and young adult fiction who has written more than 100 books. She is best known for her series Skyggehøj, Iltjagt and Elverdans. Despite struggling badly with spelling as a child, she has become one of Denmark's most prolific writers for young readers.
