Özlem Cekic is a Danish politician and public speaker with Turkish roots. She served as a member of the Danish Parliament for the Socialist People's Party from 2007 to 2015, and has since become known for her work on dialogue and inclusion. Her book about responding to hate mail with personal conversations brought her wide attention.
