Per Pallesen is a Danish actor and revue performer, best known as the pompous waiter Boldt in the classic TV series Matador and as the character Mathiesen, whose catchphrases became part of Danish popular culture. He forms one half of the comedy duo Pallesen & Pilmark and has worked extensively in Danish theatre and revue for decades. His career spans more than 200 stage productions and over 1,600 TV and radio appearances.
