Pia Tafdrup

Pia Tafdrup is a Danish poet, born in 1952, widely regarded as one of the most significant voices in Danish poetry since the 1980s. Her work explores the body, nature, love and existence. She received the Nordic Council's Literature Prize in 1999 for "Queen's Gate" (Storslam).
