About
DR Ramasjang is Denmark's public-service children's channel, owned by DR and aimed at children aged 3-8. It launched on 1 November 2009 and quickly became the country's most-watched children's channel. At live events, beloved characters such as Hr. Skæg, Motor Mille and Onkel Reje step off the screen and onto the stage, usually backed by the DR Big Band. Music from the channel is released on streaming platforms and CD in partnership with, among others, Warner Music Denmark.
