Sko & Torp are a Danish pop-rock duo formed in 1989 by vocalist Søren Sko and guitarist Palle Torp, who met at a jam session at Aarhus University. Their debut album *On a Long Lonely Night* (1990) set the record for the best-selling Danish debut album, with over 200,000 copies sold, and the duo has sold around 400,000 albums in Denmark in total. After splitting in 1997, they reunited in 2004 and have remained a fixture on the Danish live circuit ever since.
Sko & Torp released the single "The Beauty of Life" on May 7, 2026.
Sko & Torp performed a special anniversary concert at the Royal Theatre's Old Stage in Copenhagen on October 19, 2025 as part of the 35-year anniversary tour for the debut album.
Live Nation announced in February 2025 Sko & Torp's anniversary concert at Old Stage, and ticket sales opened on February 28, 2025.
The duo released the EP "Celebrate" in 2023 with new songs recorded alongside their touring activities.
The sixth studio album *After Hours* was released in September 2016.
