About

Tha Alkaholiks, also known as Tha Liks, are an American hip-hop trio from Los Angeles formed in the early 1990s by rappers J-Ro and Tash alongside DJ and producer E-Swift. They broke through with their debut album "21 & Over" (1993) on Loud/RCA and became a cornerstone of the West Coast underground through the Likwit Crew collective, which included Xzibit and Madlib. Though mainstream chart success eluded them, they built a devoted global following, and in 2025 released their first studio album in nearly two decades.
