About the venue

BRØK - Brønshøj Kulturhus opened in August 2024 in the converted Brønshøj Gamle Skole near Brønshøj Torv. The building holds music rooms, workshops, meeting rooms, a concert and lecture hall, and a café, with a programme covering music, theatre, film, talks, and public meetings. Right next door stands Rytterskolen, a listed whitewashed thatched building erected by Frederick IV in 1723, now used as an event venue and part of BRØK. The two share administration with Brønshøj Vandtårn and BRØKs Keramikværksted along Brønshøjvej.

Rooms and workshops: 8:30-23:00 daily. Spisehuset: Mon-Wed 10:00-20:00, Thu-Sat 10:00-21:30, Sun 10:00-17:00. Rytterskolen opens for events only.
