About the venue

Copenhagen Contemporary is a large-scale exhibition space for international contemporary art, housed in a former industrial hall on Refshaleøen. The raw, high-ceilinged spaces suit monumental installations and works that need room to breathe. The programme rotates through exhibitions by established artists from across the globe.
