About the venue

DR Koncerthuset in Ørestad is home to Danmarks Radio's four ensembles, including the DR Symphony Orchestra. The striking building was designed by Jean Nouvel and opened in 2009. The main hall seats just under 1,800 and is praised for its acoustics - programming ranges from classical and jazz to pop concerts.
