Folkescenen - Cafeen is the café inside the cultural centre Huset No7 on Nørregade in Herning. It runs as a social-economy enterprise, with most of its staff in flexible employment. The kitchen serves home-cooked food, and on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday evenings communal dinners (folkespisning) are held at long tables from 17:30 - booking a seat is recommended. During the day the café doubles as a drop-in space for board games, reading and creative activities.
