About the venue

Kongens Have is a roughly two-hectare public park in central Odense, situated directly across from the main railway station and in front of Odense Palace. The original baroque garden was laid out around 1720 by architect Johan Cornelius Krieger and redesigned in the English romantic style about a century later. The city bought the park in 1907 and opened it to the public. Today it contains protected trees over 100 years old, two statues, and serves as the setting for free Thursday concerts in summer as well as larger music events.
