End the day with a halal hotdog
Wrap up the day with a halal hotdog on the grass at Kulbaneparken and discuss your favourite performances.
Kulbaneparken is a 44,000 m² park in Valby, built on the site of the former Valby Gasværk, which exploded in 1964 and killed five people. The park sits on top of the covered Ringstedbane tunnel, and the raised terrain forms a ridge called Drageryggen, complete with a zip line and a lookout tower. The gasworks history is woven into the design through windbreaks marking the explosion lines and materials such as black steel and stone dust. Alongside the skate landscape Kulgraven, an artificial grass pitch and a staffed playground, the park has an amphitheatre stage for concerts and theatre.
