Taastrup Bibliotek is the largest library in Høje-Taastrup Municipality, situated on Taastrup Hovedgade by Domhuspladsen. The building previously served as both the local courthouse and the municipal town hall before being renovated into a library in 2009/10. The collection covers books, audiobooks, e-books, films and digital media, and the library regularly hosts talks, author evenings and other cultural events. Outside staffed hours, visitors can access the building using a health card and PIN code.
