An introductory day for anyone wanting to start mapping their family history.

The day is followed by two workshops: Monday, August 31st and Monday, September 7th. After that, the genealogy café opens every Monday from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM - everyone is welcome.

Free entry with registration at aat@hvidovre.dk. Location: The Green Room.

About the venue: Hvidovre Hovedbibliotek

Hvidovre Hovedbibliotek is the main public library of Hvidovre Municipality, situated on Hvidovrevej close to the town hall. The building houses study spaces, meeting rooms, a children's section and a café alongside its collections of books, e-books and newspapers. A regular programme of author evenings, reading clubs and cultural workshops runs throughout the year. As an open library, the building is accessible every day from 07:00 to 23:00, with staff on hand during regular opening hours.
