Joachim Svensmark Trio

Joachim Svensmark returns to Kædekassen with his own material in trio format. He previously performed as guitarist in Thorbjørn Risager & the Black Tornados.

Svensmark was born in Berkeley, California, and has been playing music since age 13. In the trio he is flanked by Søren Bøjgaard on bass and Troels Drasbæk on drums - both known from the Black Tornados. The repertoire consists primarily of his own songs, but draws on the rock'n'blues and soul that the three musicians regularly play in the band.
