About: Andreas Brantelid

Winner of both the 2006 Eurovision Young Musicians contest and the 2007 Paulo Cello Competition, Brantelid ranks among Scandinavia's most in-demand cellists, with appearances at Carnegie Hall, Wigmore Hall and the Concertgebouw to his name. He co-directs the Stavanger International Chamber Music Festival and holds a teaching post at the Royal Danish Academy of Music.

About: Christian Ihle Hadland

Born in Stavanger, Christian Ihle Hadland is a regular presence on Europe's major concert stages and has led his hometown's chamber music festival since 2010. His prize-winning recordings with violinist Johan Dalene - centred on Nordic repertoire - and his Spellemann-winning Holberg disc with Ensemble 1B1 have cemented his reputation as one of Norway's foremost pianists.
