On New Year's Eve afternoon, Glostrup Bios foyer presents a concert of cheerful country music - for the third year running. On stage are Gigi on vocals, Søren Rask on lead guitar and keyboard, and Ulf Taube on rhythm guitar and harmonica.

The repertoire includes classics like "Sing Me an Old Fashioned Song", Johnny Cash numbers, and other well-known country songs you can sing along to. Gitte and Ulf met over 30 years ago at Glostrup Lokalradio; Søren Rask joined later. They perform regularly in Glostrup and the surrounding area, and tour Bornholm every year.

The ticket includes a glass of sparkling wine and a slice of kransekage.
