Free Health Check

At Svendborg Library you can have your blood pressure, lung function, blood oxygen saturation and body fat percentage measured - and get your muscle strength and flexibility checked against age-appropriate standards. You choose whether you want individual measurements or a full health check.

A full health check covers 11 health metrics and takes approximately 15-20 minutes. During the check you can discuss your results with the students.

The health check is free and open to everyone. It is for guidance only and does not replace a doctor's visit.
