Grow Your Own Mushrooms in the City

Tagtomat explores the biology of mushrooms and various methods for cultivating edible mushrooms - both indoors and outdoors. The varieties covered are oyster mushrooms, shiitake, and lion's mane.

During the workshop, you'll create your own oyster mushroom starter kit, which you can then transfer to a recycled container at home - such as a skyr or yogurt tub - and continue feeding with used coffee grounds. Bring your container so you can prepare it on site.

You'll also get inspiration for mushrooms in the kitchen and a taste of a mushroom drink.
