Åhusenes Fælleshus is the shared community house of the co-housing community Åhusene in Trekroner, Roskilde, built in 2005-2006. The 140 m² building holds an industrial kitchen, a large dining room, a children's room and a laundry, and residents gather here for communal dinners three times a week. The house also hosts neighbourhood events, some supported by the Roskilde Kulturpulje fund.

About: Nanna Holm

Nanna Holm traded a career in communications for fiction at 49, and her debut novel about an 1980s collective on Langeland earned top marks from the major Danish papers, sparking wide debate about the cost of collective idealism for the children who grew up in it.
