Hunting in Denmark - in harmony with nature?

This year's theme day focuses on Danish hunting and wildlife management practices: What is the purpose, and how does it work? Is it recreational activity, genuine nature management - or both? And what does hunting mean for Danish nature and biodiversity?

A range of experts and professionals address these questions from different angles through presentations in the afternoon. The event is free and open to all by registration. After the lectures, there is a buffet available for a separate fee.

The theme day is a collaboration between the Danish Nature Conservation Association Aarhus, the Danish Botanical Society, the Danish Ornithological Society, the Natural History Museum, and the Jutland Natural History Society.
