Winelab Academy Basic - Learn All About Wine (September/October)

Winelab Academy Basic is a foundational wine course spread over three evenings, combining theory and practice. The course is open to both private individuals and professionals and requires no prior knowledge.

Instructor Mads Jordansen covers the world's major wine regions and areas, common grape varieties, viticulture, geology and climate, winemaking, classic wine types and styles, as well as sensory analysis and tasting techniques - including serving, tasting, and food-wine pairing. Each evening features 8-10 wines.
