Learn All About 10 Red Grape Varieties (April)

The course 'Learn All About 10 Red Grapes' gives you a fundamental understanding of red wine - from production methods and the most important grape varieties and wine regions to glass types, serving, and food-wine pairing. You'll also learn which wines suit different seasons throughout the year.

During the evening you'll taste Pinot Noir, Cabernet Sauvignon, Gamay, Nebbiolo, Sangiovese, Syrah, Tempranillo and Blaufränkisch - plus several grape varieties you've probably never tried before.

The instructor is Mads Jordansen. There are a maximum of 24 places, and the course is held in collaboration with FO-Aarhus.
