Switch Café - Want to Leave Big Tech?

Shift Café is a drop-in event where volunteers help you switch to alternative platforms and answer questions about security, ethics, and privacy. The volunteers are not professional IT experts, but can help you gain greater control over your digital life.

The café is open from 3 to 5 p.m. - come whenever it suits you. It is free, but requires registration. Bring your computer, phone, or tablet; coffee and tea are provided. You'll find the café in Folkelab on the ground floor.

The event is part of Denmark Shifts, a national campaign by the association Digital Voice, which works for democratic influence on digital technology. An Epinion survey shows that 42% of Danes are considering leaving major American platforms such as Google, Facebook, or ChatGPT.
