Chef Gathering at Ridehuset - Hærværk, Bouchon, Capo, Grower, Reduktivt

During Aarhus Festival, Ridehuset opens its doors for a five-course dinner where the kitchens Hærværk, Bouchon, and Capo collaborate on a shared menu. The wines are selected by Reduktivt and Grower Champagne.

The menu is composed as follows:
Snacks from Hærværk
First course from Bouchon
Intermezzo from Hærværk
Main course from Capo
Dessert from Bouchon

With dessert, guests can choose beer or a drink from the bar. After dinner, the evening continues and guests receive 25% discount at the bars for the rest of the night.
