A workshop for you and your baby with Helle Munk - The Cycling Baby Zone Therapist - who will guide you in giving zone therapy to your baby at home. With over 15 years of experience specializing in babies and young children, she teaches parents how gentle pressure can ease common baby discomforts.

During the workshop, Helle Munk covers specific points and zones for the stomach and digestion, practical tools for creating calm around sleep, and gentle massage and touch. Afterwards, you can practice on your baby if your baby is interested.

Date: December 10, 10:00-11:00 (60 minutes). Location: Store Sal, 1st floor, Osramhuset. One ticket covers one baby and one adult. If cancelled, the ticket price is refunded, but not the booking fee.
