Rabia - Reading Club for Multicultural Women

Rabia is a reading club for young women aged 18-35 with multicultural backgrounds. The club meets every other Thursday from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at Union, Nørre Allé 7, 2200 Copenhagen N.

The club is named after Rabia Balkhi, the first female Persian poet, who lived in the 10th century in what is now Afghanistan. Texts are distributed on the day, and meetings alternate between reading aloud and discussion. No preparation or prior knowledge of literature is required - just a desire to read and talk with others.

Participation is free, and tea, coffee, and snacks from Send Flere Krydderier are served. Registration is not required, but to ensure enough refreshments for everyone, you are welcome to write to Arezoo at arezoomadjroh@gmail.com. You can also just drop by on the day.
