Learn Python from Scratch - Drawing
Greve Borgerhus, Greve · 350 kr. · ≈ 47 €
The workshop begins in Scratch, where children work with visual blocks and quickly see the connection between code and action - without encountering syntax errors. From there, we move on to Python and write the same code as text. By comparing the two languages, children gain a concrete understanding of syntax: how a loop looks in Scratch versus Python, and how colours and movements are specified.
The workshop is for children from 10 years old who are experienced Scratchers - or by arrangement. Bring a laptop; a few computers can be borrowed by arrangement. Scratch is available free for both download and online use. For Python, we use an online version where a free account must be created - information about this will be sent approximately 1 week before the workshop.
Parents are welcome to participate. Halfway through, we take a lunch break in an adjacent room.
