Thorbjørn Risager Duo takes the stage at Mojo Blues Bar on Løngangsstræde in Copenhagen on Wednesday, 26 August 2026 at 19:00. This is a rare duo configuration, with Risager performing alongside his live companion. Since 1993, Mojo has been a fixture on the Danish blues scene, hosting live concerts every evening year-round. The venue holds nearly 130 guests and sits centrally on Strøget. This concert is one of nine Danish dates on Risager's tour, running from August 2026 through May 2027 and taking in both Copenhagen and regional cities including Roskilde, Esbjerg, and Sønderborg. Admission 175 kroner.

About the venue: Mojo

Mojo Blues Bar on Løngangsstræde has been a cornerstone of the Danish blues scene since 1993, when it was renamed from Rådhuskroen. The bar holds close to 130 guests and puts on live concerts every night of the year - blues, soul, rock, zydeco and related genres. Thursday open jam sessions, where musicians drop in and play together, are a regular fixture. Blues legend Champion Jack Dupree once looked around the room and declared: "This is a blues place!"
