Crochet Christmas Tree Workshop: Wednesday 16 December 2026, 16:00–17:00, Tommerup Bibliotek, Tommerup. Admission is free.

AssensBibliotekerne hosts creative Christmas workshops for children and their adults at Tommerup Library. Learn to crochet your own small Christmas tree from scratch - no prior experience needed.

The workshop covers basic crochet techniques, and you take the finished Christmas tree home with you.

Remember to book tickets for both children and adults so there are enough crochet hooks for everyone.

About the venue: Tommerup Bibliotek

Tommerup Bibliotek sits in Fyrtårn Tommerup - the town's combined culture and sports centre - in the south-eastern corner with a view of the surrounding forest. It was the first library in the AssensBibliotekerne network to be designed and fitted out specifically for self-service from the outset. Large curved windows bring the natural setting inside, and the furniture along the window wall is made in ash to make full use of daylight. The library lends books, audiobooks, films and games, and runs a regular programme of events for children and adults.
