Description was written before the event

Kvarterhuset celebrates its 25th anniversary with a free festival day for everyone.

Ramona Macho hosts birthday festivities and group singing from 10 a.m. A magic show with Lars U follows at 11 a.m., Accantuskoret at 12 p.m., a dance performance by local children and young people from All in One Fam at 1 p.m., and from 1:15 to 2 p.m. the jazz trio Henrik Gunde, Morten Lund, and Kaspar Vadsholt perform in the glass hall - presented by Amagerbrojazz. Earlier in the day there is also a magic workshop from 9:30 to 10:45 a.m. (limited places, registration required).

Throughout the day you can make mosaic monsters with Mosaik-Pia (which will later be displayed at the playground), braid your own hobby horse with Søs from the little art school and try the hobby horse track, go on a treasure hunt in Kvarterhuset, see the exhibition about the building's history, and meet volunteers and performers at the stalls. There is also popcorn from the popcorn machine.

Everything is free. The event is supported by Amager Øst Lokaludvalg.
