It's Mine (Ages 3-6)

It's Mine - puppet show for young children: Saturday 17 October 2026, 10:00–10:30, Bibliotekshuset, Copenhagen. Tickets cost 40 kr.

A puppet show for children aged 3-6 performed by Astrid Kjær Jensen.

The performance explores greed and ownership through the story of a small creature that collects everything - from tiny objects to big dreams - only to end up alone atop its mountain of things. When the creature begins to share, it discovers the possibility of true friendship. Through this wondrous universe, the show reveals how ownership and greed can isolate, while community and empathy bring joy.

Cast: Astrid Kjær Jensen (performer), Camilla Bang (music), Signe Kjær (puppet maker), Claus Mandøe (artistic consultant), Camilla Lüders Weile (set designer).

The performance is part of the Teatermagi festival during the autumn break, which in week 42 brings performing arts to cultural centres, libraries and theatres across Copenhagen - this year in Østerbro, Vesterbro, Amager, Nørrebro, Vanløse, Valby, Indre By, Brønshøj-Husum, Sydhavnen and Bispebjerg. The festival is supported by the Augustinus Foundation and Copenhagen's Performing Arts Committee.
