Aarhus Improv Weekend: 23 October – 24 October 2026, Folkehuset Ankersgade, Aarhus. Tickets cost 125–399 kr.

Aarhus Improv Weekend runs from Friday 23 to Sunday 25 October at various venues across Aarhus. The event is the first of its kind from Aarhus Improv and brings together improvisers from different backgrounds for performances, learning, and community.

The festival kicks off on Friday 23 October at 19:00 at Kulturkapellet with an Improv Blender: write your name in the blender, get drawn to a random team, and spend 10 minutes figuring out what your team will bring to the stage - the rest is pure improv.

On Saturday 24 October there are workshops at Folkehuset Ankersgade throughout the day. With a festival pass you can build your own programme from the available workshops. In the evening the party moves to Kedlen Godsbanen, where teams with different styles showcase their work in an evening of fully improvised stories and characters.

Festival passes are available now - sign up for the newsletter for ongoing updates about the programme.
