Sunday (Ages 4-8) / Teatermagi Amager · Kvarterhuset, Copenhagen

Sunday - children's theatre for ages 4-8: Tuesday 13 October 2026, 10:30–11:15, Kvarterhuset, Copenhagen. Tickets cost 40 kr.

Based on a story by Kim Fupz Aakeson. Torsten's mother is going to have a baby - and Torsten's worst friend Willy knows exactly why: because Torsten's parents don't think he's cute enough anymore and don't love him as much. For an entire week, Torsten tries to figure out what he can do. Maybe they'll love him more if he becomes cuter? Or if he tidies his room? Or does he simply need to understand how it all works - this thing called love.

Performing: Tea Rønne and Martin Ammundsen. Director: Maria Myrgård. Set design: Rebekka Bentzen. Puppets: Katrine Karlsen. Lighting and technical: Peter Rasmussen.

The performance is part of the Teatermagi festival during the autumn break (week 42), which brings theatre to cultural centres, libraries and theatres in Østerbro, Vesterbro, Amager, Nørrebro, Vanløse, Valby, Indre By, Brønshøj-Husum, Sydhavnen and Bispebjerg. The festival is supported by Augustinus Fonden and Copenhagen's Stage Arts Committee. See the full festival programme at https://brugbyen.kk.dk/det-sker/teatermagi
