Saturday Music with Pianist Larysa Soloviova

Pianist Larysa Soloviova takes the stage as Helsinge Library presents its Saturday music series. The programme spans from Mozart, Chopin and Schubert to Danish composers Carl Nielsen and Niels W. Gade, as well as Ukrainians Mykola Lysenko and Valentyn Sylvestrov.

Soloviova was born in Donetsk and trained as a pianist and music teacher at the conservatory in Kyiv. For 35 years she has taught at Kyiv Art School, toured with the Kyiv Academy of Science Capella, and won prizes in both local and international competitions as a soloist and in chamber music.

This is the autumn's final Saturday music event at the library. Admission is free, and coffee and tea are served before the concert - arrive a little early.
