Anna le Dous has muscular dystrophy, uses an electric wheelchair, and depends on personal assistance around the clock. Flying or boarding a train is extremely difficult for her - yet she has travelled the world, visited 64 countries and 10 self-governing territories, and is now a member of the travelled club.

She has written a book about it: "Wheel Tracks - Around the World in a Wheelchair" is a travel and life story about navigating the world with a physical disability and enjoying life with the view you have - whether from the top of a mountain or at the end of a staircase.

In her lecture, Anna le Dous poses the question: what really holds us back? Time, money, fear of the unknown - or a tendency to focus on risk rather than gain? She wants to inspire everyone, disabled or not, to see obstacles as challenges and not let themselves be limited by either physical or mental barriers.
