Autumn wine tasting 2027 at Vinbutikken.dk in Den Gamle Byråds Sal in Roskilde. The event accommodates a maximum of 53 participants, so the tasting is held in a smaller, intimate format - and in recent years it has sold out.

Nine wines are served, selected for autumn and winter cuisine: typically 1 sparkling wine, 3-5 white wines, 1-2 rosés, 3-5 red wines, and possibly 1 dessert wine. The selection is a mix of more expensive wines, new wines, and new vintages of well-known classics. The wines are accompanied by a tapas buffet that serves as dinner.
