Author Talk: 'Røde Port' by Nanna Holm

Author Talk: Røde Port by Nanna Holm: Thursday 26 November 2026, 19:00–21:00, Valby Bibliotek, Copenhagen. Admission is free.

Nanna Holm (born 1977), cand.mag. in rhetoric from the University of Copenhagen, discusses her critically acclaimed debut novel 'Røde Port'.

The novel explores communities, ideals, and childhood traces within us - about people and a time in upheaval. It circles around drinking, loss, longing, and long friendships, and the shifts of memory. In short: children who grow up too fast, and adults who cannot escape their childhood.

Beyond the novel itself, Nanna Holm will share her own story and her path to writing.

Entry is free, but you must reserve a ticket on billetto.dk.
