Flemming Både is a professional musician and lecturer with a bachelor's degree in musicology who has been studying Gasolin' and Kim Larsen's music since the 1970s. At Søvind Library at 19:00, he traces the history of the band and its frontman - and performs a couple of songs himself, giving the audience a chance to sing along.
The lecture portrays Kim Melius Flyvholm Larsen (1945-2018): guitarist and lead singer of Gasolin' from 1968 to 1978, married three times - to Mariann Herløv Petersen, Hanne Qvist and Liselotte Kløvborg - father of six children and member of a band that sold over five million albums.
