Description was written before the event

Ginnungagap is a Viking band rooted in Norse mythology. They perform on historical instruments built by contemporary European instrument makers, bringing ancient sounds into the present day.

The band consists of Emilie Blomgren on lyrics and vocals, Kai Steensgaard on rhythm, and Tine K. Skau on melodies and ancient wind instruments. Heavy rhythms, winding melodies, and repeated vocal refrains draw the audience into a shared ancient landscape, where the boundary between musicians and listeners gradually dissolves.

Everyone is welcome. Coffee and tea during the interval are included in the ticket price.
