Rasmus Kragh lecture - Everest and mental strength: Wednesday 11 November 2026, 15:30–17:30, Kantinen, Aarhus. Tickets cost 95 kr.

Rasmus Kragh is the winner of Alone in the Wilderness 2026 and the first and only Dane to have climbed Mount Everest without supplemental oxygen and completed a solo expedition to the South Pole.

In his lecture, he draws on these experiences and speaks about motivation, mental strength, self-leadership, and human resilience - topics relevant to both work and personal life.

About: Rasmus Kragh

Behind the records on Everest, the South Pole and in the Finnish wilderness is a man who has learned to ask the harder questions - not just how far you can push yourself, but what actually drives you. Rasmus Kragh brings those lessons to the stage, weaving raw expedition stories together with grounded perspectives on self-leadership and purpose.
