Mandefald - The New Male Role — Aabenraa Bibliotek, Aabenraa

Author Erik Lindsø draws on his own experiences and societal development to paint a picture of the traditional male role and the changes that have shaped it to this day. He examines the place men once held in family and society, and how debates about equality, language, and gender have shifted perspectives on the masculine - raising the question of whether the male role has fallen into an identity crisis, and whether men still have a role model to navigate by.

Erik Lindsø is a trained teacher who has since studied history and religious studies. He has spent most of his working life at folk high schools and as a freelance journalist. He made his debut as an author in 2011 and has since published reflections on life in the books "There is Something About Life You Don't Find Anywhere Else" and "Life is at Least Worth a Story".

The "Student" ticket applies to students, pupils, apprentices, and young people under 30 receiving transfer income. Ticket sales open on August 4 at 10:00.
